🎯 Basic Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a Student Credit Card (BSCC) loan, you must meet these main conditions:
✅ 1. Bihar Resident

  • You must be a permanent resident (domicile) of Bihar.

✅ 2. Age Limit

  • Generally, applicants should be below 25 years old at the time of application for ITI courses. 

✅ 3. Minimum Education Qualification

  • You must have passed Class 10th (Matic) from a recognised board(BSEB,CBSE,ICSE).

  • This is required to pursue higher education or skill courses like ITI.

🛠️ 4. Admission in a Recognised Course/Institute

  • You must have secured admission in your ITI 2-year programme at a recognised and NCVT Affilaited Institute.
